A few years ago, I attended a business workshop in Lagos where dozens of professionals gathered to discuss leadership and business growth. Despite the room being filled with experienced individuals, the session struggled to produce meaningful outcomes because there was little structure guiding the discussion.

Experiences like this highlight an important truth I have observed over time: a workshop is only as effective as the way it is facilitated.

Workshop facilitation, to me, is the process of guiding a group of individuals through structured conversations that produce clarity, learning, and practical outcomes.
